Plague of the night walker

caught in an eternal night
with fangs pronounced a bloody sight
so spread my wings to take the flight
to end my sanguine lust tonight

the carnival of endless terror
spouts of nonsense without error
a bleak outlook with nothing barer
when you seek for something rarer

as dawn rides my last embrace
I shroud my fear and hide my face
for in the darkness there's no grace
when you force others in your place
